Virtual Speech Pathologist Needed (Active in Colorado)
Located at a School-District in Colorado, this contract position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech-language pathology services through telespeech to school-aged students. This role is designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) experienced in delivering remote therapy sessions to support students’ communication development and academic success.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist certification and licensure to practice
- CDE (Teaching Credential)
- Proven experience in delivering speech therapy via telepractice modalities
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders commonly seen in school-age children
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with educational systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations
- Implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with educators and families to monitor student progress via telehealth platforms
