Speech Language Pathologist Work From Home | Colorado

This contract opportunity is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services within a school setting, starting July 31, 2026, through October 20, 2026. The position is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday through Friday) with flexibility to split into part-time roles (17.5 hours per week over 2.5 days). The role focuses on supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and managing IEPs and progress reports for students.
Location: Arvada, CO, with work closely connected to the Denver area educational system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and indirect supervision of SLPAs to ensure effective therapy services.
- Oversee development and documentation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Manage progress tracking and reporting for students on caseload.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student speech and language development.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) Certification.
- Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or equivalent (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist licensed for ages birth through 21).
- Ability to conduct teletherapy sessions with adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience supervising SLPAs and managing caseloads within educational settings.
- Successful completion of required background checks and fingerprinting.
This role is designed to support students through telepractice and ensure service quality by supervising clinical staff and handling documentation demands critical to student success.
