Qualifications and Experience:
- Speech-Language Pathologist with active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Skillful in assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Motivated and organized, able to manage a varied caseload
- Current state licensure or eligibility
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for PreK-5th grade students
- Collaborate with another SLP to ensure comprehensive coverage for the caseload
- Perform assessments, develop therapy goals, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in school-based meetings and interdisciplinary team activities
- Support teachers and families with resources and strategies for student success
