Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings
- Knowledge in providing both direct therapy and consultation services
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in IEP meetings
- Competence in documentation, especially in systems like ECATS & Medicaid
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability and willingness to work onsite at two school locations
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy and support to students at elementary and preschool levels
- Conduct assessments and document findings using required platforms (ECATS & Medicaid)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with multi-disciplinary teams
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain thorough, timely records of sessions and progress according to state and district standards
