Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Background in school-based settings or pediatric speech therapy
- Familiarity with ECATS or similar progress monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary and middle school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the ECATS system
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team efforts
- Adjust service schedules and caseload as needed to ensure comprehensive student support
