Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico SLP License required
- Open to SLPs with CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPAs with school-based experience
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills essential
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members regularly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development
