Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Ranchos De Taos, NM

Desired Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous, but not required
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply and will receive strong mentorship and support
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload, supporting IEP goals in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations to determine service needs
- Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, and develop effective treatment plans
- Take part in IEP meetings, maintaining active communication with teachers, families, and school staff
