Speech Language Pathologist in Taos, NM

Qualifications:
- Holds or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Possesses (or is pursuing) SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with K–12 populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
- Knowledge of current therapy and intervention methods in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document and monitor student outcomes, preparing necessary reports and IEP contributions
- Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and school-based teams
- Provide direct and consultative services to meet IEP goals
- Stay current on best practices in speech pathology and educational interventions
