Position Details:

- Service a versatile caseload across kindergarten through twelfth grade
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required
- Current or pending state licensure in New Mexico
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Prior school-based experience or familiarity with IEPs highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with students with diverse communication needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate progress to families and school staff, ensuring ongoing support and advocacy for student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and provide professional insight on student needs
