Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Counsel and educate families on strategies to encourage communication development at home
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
