Step into an impactful role supporting students’ communication and academic success for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, in-person contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 caseload. You'll help students reach their goals and play a vital part in their educational journey.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
  • ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate) mandatory
  • Must have valid fingerprint clearance through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
  • SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • School-based experience strongly desired
  • Ready to work with all elementary, middle, and high-school age groups
  • Committed to delivering services on-site (no teletherapy)

Role Overview:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise in communication disorders
  • Develop customized plans to address the unique needs of each student on your caseload
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and documentation per district and state guidelines
  • Support a positive and inclusive school environment
