Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Ability to manage a 45-student caseload independently
- Knowledge of therapy best practices and IEP process
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in an elementary school environment
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Adjust therapy methods to meet the diverse needs of your caseload
- Travel between designated school sites if needed
