Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid WA SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP or strong Clinical Fellowship candidate (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
  • Ability to manage a 45-student caseload independently
  • Knowledge of therapy best practices and IEP process
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in an elementary school environment
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
  • Adjust therapy methods to meet the diverse needs of your caseload
  • Travel between designated school sites if needed
