School-Based SLP for 26-27

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure in Washington State or willingness to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based SLP settings with K-12 students
- Must be fingerprinted through Washington’s Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), or willing to complete requirements
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or commitment to pursue
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to school culture and work as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
- Engage in IEP meetings, record-keeping, and parent/staff consultations
- Support students in meeting communication milestones in both group and individual formats
- Maintain consistent onsite presence, providing in-person therapy and support
