BlazerJobs, in partnership with local school districts, is actively seeking multiple qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity serving either elementary or secondary students. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about supporting student communication and academic success in a collaborative school environment.
Position Details
Start Date: August 31, 2026
End Date: June 17, 2027
Schedule: Full Time
Setting: In-person
Caseload:
Elementary: ~42 students
Secondary: ~45 students
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
Requirements
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
