School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tacoma, Washington

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome
- Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital intervention tools highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills
- Enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in preschool through high school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both in person and virtually as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster students’ communication progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations and interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
