Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Renton, Washington

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid SLP license for the state of Washington

- Proficiency in tailoring therapy for various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Background in healthcare-related SLP roles and teletherapy is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess student speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to each student’s requirements
- Deliver speech-language therapy through both traditional and virtual platforms
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Document session notes, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Partner with educators and families to provide the best support for each child
