Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Active Washington SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred; SLP-CFY applicants welcome
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation, assessment tools, and therapy planning
- Teletherapy and in-person services experience highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with special education teams, parents, and teachers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and parent communications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and district policies
- Deliver therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms as needed
