What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong background in therapy planning, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Ability to adapt to both in-person and teletherapy service models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation to track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as required
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure service continuity
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for students to achieve their communication goals
