Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license and CCC credential required
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and goal development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
