Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
  • Committed to fostering student growth and collaborating with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups to meet IEP goals
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies aligned with each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational experiences
  • Maintain accurate records, complete progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Educate families and staff on techniques to support communication development
