Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sunnyvale, CA

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- CCC-SLP or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience in a pediatric or school-based setting
- Strong assessment and progress monitoring skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
What you’ll do:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language support
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with the IEP team
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and timely documentation
- Offer consultative support to staff regarding classroom adaptations and communication strategies
- Provide input and recommendations for students’ educational programming
