Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Jose, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong background in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement student-centered IEP goals and provide comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
- Advocate for students’ needs and offer strategies that support classroom integration
