Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Strong background in pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement student-centered IEP goals and provide comprehensive documentation
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
  • Advocate for students’ needs and offer strategies that support classroom integration
