Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Sunnyvale, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or current CFY
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in schools
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Passion for supporting children’s language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct speech/language intervention in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and guide staff and parents regarding communication disorders and strategies
- Remain current with evidence-based practices and district procedures
