- Experience across teletherapy and traditional therapy preferred
- Knowledge of current IEP systems and willingness to learn district protocols
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for serving schools and adaptability in itinerant settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in compliance with district and state standards
- Provide both direct and consultative services, potentially across multiple schools
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress and support plans
- Engage in team meetings and offer mentorship or supervision as appropriate
- Document services and progress in line with district guidelines
