Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- School-based SLP experience preferred; pediatric and healthcare backgrounds highly valued
- Confident in telepractice platforms and technology, able to deliver virtual services effectively
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based practices supporting diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, both onsite and virtually
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation according to school guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Attend team meetings and participate in professional development as needed
- Potential to work itinerantly, serving multiple schools throughout the district
