Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Sunnyvale, CA

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible California SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Background with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized therapy plans, set measurable goals, and track students’ progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure consistency of care
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Use evidence-based practices to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
