Pediatric Speech Pathology - Simi Valley, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) authorization
- Experience in school-based SLP services, with proficiency in healthcare and pediatric settings
- Open to candidates holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Demonstrated ability to create individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
- Offer classroom strategies to support speech and language development
- Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines
