Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sunnyvale, CA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP or CFY considered)
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Pediatric and adolescent caseload expertise
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs) and case documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse learning needs
- SLPA backgrounds with healthcare experience encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to high school students
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school policies
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, including special educators and occupational therapists
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for optimal student development
- Engage and communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff
