School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sugar Land, Texas
Exciting contract opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. These roles offer the chance to make a genuine difference for students while working onsite in supportive and dynamic educational settings. Positions are full-time (37.5 hours/week) and located across several elementary, middle, and high schools.
Preferred candidates will hold an active Texas SLP or SLPA license, as supervision toward licensure is not provided. School-based experience is required, with on-site engagement expected throughout the assignment from July 30, 2026, through May 28, 2027.
What We’re Seeking:
- Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (required at submission; screenshot must be provided)
- Demonstrated school-based SLP/SLPA experience
- Availability for full-time (37.5 hours/week), onsite work
- No SLP-CF applications; must have CCC or be a licensed SLPA
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to purchase a laptop (cost reimbursed)
- Commitment to complete required fingerprinting within three days of contract signing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and maintain thorough records as required by district guidelines
- Participate in school meetings, IEPs, and contribute to a positive school culture
