Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP development and service delivery within educational environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across a diverse student caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students ranging from elementary to high school, adapting interventions to unique student needs
- Engage in progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Serve as a resource for school staff on communication and language issues affecting academic performance
