Desired Qualifications:
- Current MA Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students highly preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable and focused on fostering positive learning outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services within an elementary school setting
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to create tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document all services provided in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives
- Provide direct therapy to students onsite and participate in ongoing professional development
