Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Boston, MA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Prior experience working with elementary school populations is highly valued.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities, utilizing standardized tools and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to support receptive and expressive language skills.
- Consult with parents, teachers, and fellow therapists to track goals, share progress, and promote generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on best practices for language and communication interventions.
