Desired Qualifications:
- Active NC Language Pathologist License
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-age children
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based SLP practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage and document caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary school students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and document student outcomes
- Collaborate with educators and families to support academic success and communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and help craft goals and recommendations
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
