Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current state license (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and virtual therapy platforms for remote or hybrid assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with educational teams
- Provide direct speech, language, and communication interventions, individually or in group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress in compliance with state and district requirements
- Consult with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Adapt therapy methods to suit remote or hybrid learning models when necessary
