Speech Language Pathologist in Stockton, CA
Step into a rewarding contract role providing specialized support for students! We’re seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP – CCC) with a passion for education to collaborate with school teams in the Stockton area. Take advantage of both full-time and part-time positions for the 2026-2027 school year—create your ideal schedule, with opportunities that range from two to five days per week.
Available positions include:
- Five days per week working with high school students
- Three days per week at an elementary school
- Two days per week serving elementary students (option to combine with other openings for a full schedule)
You’ll work directly within a collaborative and supportive environment, making a real difference helping students reach their communication goals. Embrace the chance to tailor your workload to best fit your skills and preferences!
Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to engage with diverse student populations and adapt interventions as needed
- Motivated self-starter who values teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Guide and educate families and staff on speech/language strategies
- Deliver services in individual, group, and consultative formats
