Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure or certification for school-based SLP practice
- Open to both seasoned SLPs and enthusiastic Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and consultative services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across three school buildings, contributing to a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational policies and best practices
- Support children across a variety of ages and abilities, with caseloads that allow for focused attention
