School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Stanton, Texas

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Bilingual skills valued, though not mandatory
- Previous supervisory experience or interest in mentoring SLPAs is a plus
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60-65 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders
- Supervise and support up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure quality care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to support student IEPs
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as needed
