In this contract role, you’ll work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students at an elementary school, providing critical services that help students reach their full potential. The position runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP State License and active Educator Certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience delivering speech therapy in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 50 students effectively
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct therapy services and track student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state policies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
  • Offer guidance for teachers and families on speech and language strategies
