Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Valid SLP state license and educator certification (required)
- Previous experience working in a school environment is highly valued
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with teachers and staff
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students ranging in needs and ages within the elementary setting
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations of students’ speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation of services provided
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to guide student programming
