Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP State License & current Educator Certificate (Alabama preferred)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric clients is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech and language therapy to elementary school students (caseload of approximately 50)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all district/state guidelines
