What You Bring:
- Current, active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Valid ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children (K-5) preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring in a school setting
- Collaborative approach, able to partner with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student support
- Educate families and staff on strategies to assist students’ communication development
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school protocols
