Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP and licensure (or eligibility) in New York
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Experience with ASD or intellectual disabilities a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Participating in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other service providers
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school/state requirements
