In this flexible contract position, you'll support a caseload of approximately 45-50 students each week, working a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours. Your expertise will help ensure that every child receives the individualized attention and care they need to thrive academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or eligible CFY applicants welcome
- Experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to supporting students' needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group formats
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports on student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to student teams
