Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Leland, NC

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students with varying disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy through both in-person and teletherapy sessions as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Provide consultation and resources to educators and caregivers for carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
