Bilingual Therapies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work within an Adaptive Behavior Learning Environment (ABLE) Program, serving students with diverse communication and educational needs across K-12 settings.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language services to students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
  • Support communication development across academic and functional settings
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist License Required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Preferred
  • Clinical Fellows may be considered if outside supervision is available
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and communication needs

Assignment Details

  • Serve students within the Adaptive Behavior Learning Environment (ABLE) Program
  • Support students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade
  • Caseload ranging from approximately 26–39 students
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams to provide comprehensive student support

Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Student Population: Kindergarten through 12th Grade
Caseload: Approximately 26–39 Students
