Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication, articulation, voice, and language disorders
- Implement speech and language therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ progress and overall educational experience
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust intervention strategies when necessary
- Participate in student evaluation meetings, IEP planning, and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Educate staff and families on communication strategies and resources
