Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CF applicants will also be considered
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
- Familiarity working with IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tracking progress and outcomes
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support classroom integration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
