Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time (English/Spanish)

About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving a diverse K–12 student population in South Holland, Illinois. This full-time position provides an opportunity to support students across all grade levels in developing essential communication skills that promote academic success and meaningful participation in the classroom.
The ideal candidate is culturally responsive, collaborative, and skilled in providing services in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations in both English and Spanish as appropriate.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students in individual and group settings.
Address a range of communication needs including articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication skills.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Support effective communication access for multilingual learners
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.40 to $66.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
