Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Experience working within school settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy, progress, and compliance in accordance with school and professional guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student planning.
- Provide direct therapy, screenings, and prevention activities.
