We're hiring two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Rohnert Park, CA. These are excellent opportunities to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on students across a variety of educational settings.
Position Details
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Start Date: August 12, 2026
• End Date: June 3, 2027
• 5 Days Per Week
• Approximately 7 Hours Per Day

Opening #1 – Middle School SLP
• Serve students across three Special Day Classes (SDCs)
• Caseload includes:
• Two Mild/Moderate SDCs
• One Extensive Support Needs SDC
• Provide services to students in Resource Specialist Program (RSP) classes and general education settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
Opening #2 – Elementary School SLP
• Serve students across two elementary school sites
• Caseload includes:
• General education students
• Students in Extensive Support Needs classrooms (Grades TK-5)
• One site includes a mix of general education and extensive support needs students
• The second site primarily serves students in general education placements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and educational goals
Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Support students in developing communication skills that enhance academic and social success
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License or eligibility for licensure
• School-based experience preferred
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse communication needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
