Qualifications and Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Experience in pediatric and school-based therapy strongly preferred
- Background in teletherapy is a plus
- Solid understanding of SLP best practices in educational settings
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to K-5 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Offer both in-person and virtual therapy, adapting services as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
